Individualized Review

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with a service, please contact us directly so we can review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or service adjustment:

• You must notify us within 7 days of the completed service.

• The concern must relate to a service we directly performed.

 

Exclusions

Refunds are not guaranteed for:

• Work altered by another provider or individual

• Issues resulting from customer misuse, delay, or environmental factors beyond our control

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (may be subject to a fee)
